We have a legitimate interest to process your child’s data for the purposes outlined below.

This data will be used online and, as such, will be subject to international data transfer which means that it may be accessed or downloaded in a country with less stringent data protection legislation than in the UK. We are therefore seeking your consent to publish your child’s identifying personal data online.

I hereby consent to Studio Cambridge using my child’s image in photography and/or video recordings and identifying personal data taken/recorded during their time on the course.
I hereby consent to the photographs and/or video recordings and identifying personal data also being used in other school-wide marketing and promotional communications, including on the Studio Cambridge website, in Studio Cambridge social media, and on online marketing materials.
I hereby consent to the photographs and/or video recordings being used by Studio Cambridge -associated third parties, on their websites, social media channels or elsewhere in their online marketing materials.
I do not consent to any of the above.

I understand that:

the images will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018;
the image will be held for up to 10 years, for promotional purposes online, unless I withdraw my consent;
I can withdraw my consent at any time by emailing admissions@studiocambridge.co.uk
